Welcome to Naoki (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, products, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using Naoki. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use Naoki. By using our Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not use Naoki for any unlawful or harmful activities.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
2. User Content & Rights
By uploading photos or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that you own the rights to this material or have permission to use it.
You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over the images you upload.
To operate our Services, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for generating avatars and related outputs. Your images are never sold, shared, or used for training AI models unless you explicitly give consent.
All uploaded images are automatically deleted after processing. Generated avatars remain available in your account unless you delete them manually.
3. Generated Avatars
You own the rights to the avatars generated through Naoki, including commercial rights, unless stated otherwise in a separate licensing agreement.
You are responsible for how you use your generated avatars. Naoki is not liable for misuse, misrepresentation, or any legal claims arising from your usage.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any activity inside your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Pricing for plans and credits is displayed on our website or app. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use Naoki to create harmful, misleading, or defamatory content
Upload images of others without their permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our technology
Use generated avatars to impersonate real individuals
Engage in any activity that violates laws or regulations
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes occur, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Naoki means you accept the updated terms.
